Trappin’ Fool Drowner Cables

I originally made these for trapping beaver but have come to love these for all my water line drowner needs. The swivel helps keep the cable from getting tangled in the trap which allows for a faster dispatch and re-use of the cable drowner. I have caught up to 30 beaver off of a single cable drowner. The added quick link gives you the ability to quickly change traps to target a different species or place a new trap because of damage. These come in 6′, 8′ and 10′ lengths to make sure you can reach the deeper water. Both ends are an adjustable loop. Weigh with a cinder block, brake rotor, simply stake or Pogo to anchor the deep water end. Don’t just limit yourself to the water line with these!  They are great to get your catch out of the public eye on land also.
